is 'serosorting' a reliable prevention method for HIV?
I don’t think ‘serosorting’ is a reliable prevention method. I honestly don’t think it’s very wise. If you meet someone on the Internet, you don’t know that individual very much and if it’s based on a sexual encounter and you’re not aware of the individual’s status, it really isn’t healthy. Even if that individual tells you they're negative, you should still use protection because you never really know.
