Who is your "best friend" and how has being HIV+ impacted that relationship?

My best best friend and soul sista Cynthia first noticed my distant behavior and called me out on it. When I told her she said, "I knew it was something, but that’s no reason to distance yourself from the people who love you." She then told me stories of her uncle who was cared for by her mom. She called up her mom and they both were ready to be the support and help in any way possible.
