What effect, if any, do you believe the legalization of gay marriage will have on the spread of HIV?
I really don’t predict much change. I don’t believe that just the title "married" will equal "monogamous." I am sure if people were cheating or in open relationships then it would continue. Same as if a couple of a different sero status was in a relationship that lead them to marriage, then they would more than likely want to keep things that way.
