Absolutely not! Because people do lie and there are a lot of people out there who absolutely believe their 100% negative and they’re not. I believe the only way to positively know the truth is to see that person’s test results. I mean I know people who have unprotected sex with their partners and say“ yeah we have unprotected sex because he’s or she's negative” In my opinion, it doesn’t really work that way because again people lie and sometimes there are people who honestly believe their telling the truth and honestly don’t know. That’s why I think everyone should get tested and know their status.
